Police in Glen Rock say there have been over a dozen car break-ins in a single week, except they aren't exactly break-ins.
People are leaving their cars unlocked and, in some cases, keeping keys inside the vehicle, giving thieves the opportunity to steal valuables and the car itself.
New Jersey law now states that police officers are no longer able to pursue stolen vehicles if the car thief does not come to a stop.
