New details are emerging tonight on the suspicious bonuses given to top managers at a Middlesex County government agency. According to an audit by the state comptroller's office, three managers at the Middlesex County Improvement Authority received bonuses of up to $55,000. Documents show that the payouts were based on 10 categories, which include trustworthiness, verbal communication and maintaining a proper dress code.
