Cresskill High School students created a group to help people in need.
Beyond a Goal, or BAG, is a student-run organization that aims to raise money to buy and give out hygiene kits to homeless people. They also gather supplies like clothes, water and protein bars in backpacks to donate.
The students recently gave out 50 backpacks full of supplies at the Hoboken Homeless Shelter. They've also been into Manhattan to help.
The group has so far raised $9,000 and donated 250 bags.
If you live in Cresskill or Dumont, you may get a knock at your door from one of the 39 students involved in the group and offered a chance to help.
