A New Jersey doctor is making the state proud with his work.
Dr. Odiraa Nwankwor, of Cooper University Hospital in Camden, has been making frequent trips to Africa.
Nwankwor is from Nigeria and has established the first pediatric ICU in the country. He not only trains young doctors there, but mentors high school students and encourages them to go into health care.
Nwankwor says that pediatric intensive care services are lacking in Nigeria and he is trying to do something about it.
