A new chapter begins for a person News 12 New Jersey has been watching for nearly 20 years. Piscataway's Malcolm Jenkins is going from football star to author.

Jenkins was back in his hometown this week speaking with students at his high school about his journey.

Jenkins is a three-time Pro Bowler and two-time Super Bowl champ. He retired last year, and his career is recapped in a new memoir called “What Winners Won’t Tell You.”

Jenkins is doing a book tour right now. He’s played with the Eagles and the Saints. But Jenkins was also featured on News 12’s “Friday Night Football” program in 2004.
