Police: Jersey City man arrested after setting piles of clothes on fire at Walmart

About 100 employees and more than 500 customers were in the store when the incident happened, including children.

A man is accused of creating piles of clothes in two different aisles at a Walmart in Bayonne and setting the piles on fire before trying to steal a TV, according to police.
Bayonne police say bout 100 employees and more than 500 customers were in the store Sunday morning when the incident happened, including children.
Police arrested Leroy Rabb, 41, from Jersey City, after identifying him on store surveillance. Police say he was found standing near a car in the parking lot with the TV.
During the arrest process, police say Rabb was found to be wanted on two outstanding warrants, one out of Jersey City and another out of the Hudson County Superior Court.
No injuries or extensive damages were reported as a result of the incident.
Rabb faces multiples charges, including shoplifting, arson and endangering the welfare of children.
