A Jersey City artist has created another snow sculpture, thanks to the recent storm.
Katie Duffy McGeehin says she makes snow sculptures whenever there is a big storm. Her latest creation is Frosty, Man of Snow.
"When we were kids, we would think about how we wanted to go build a snowman. It was exciting and it's still exciting for me. I'm an artist, so making art is my favorite thing to do, so that's fun,” she says. “I like the challenge of it because I have to finish it before I get frostbite. It's also really fun now that I've been doing it for a while. People know about it so they come out and they take pictures with him, and it's cool to see the community celebrate Frosty."
The snow sculpture now sits in Riverview Park in Jersey City.
