(AP) - The agency in charge of efforts tobring new life to Atlantic City's tourism district is seekingsuggestions from all stakeholders - including visitors - on how torevitalize the resort.
The fortunes of Atlantic City's casino district have been on thedecline in the face of withering competition from casinos inneighboring states.
Now the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority is working ona master plan to make the resort cleaner, safer and moresuccessful.
The authority has set up a web site where any stakeholders in Atlantic City's future can confidentiallyoffer their recommendations. It will also will begin holdingcommunity meetings, starting Tuesday night, to gather additionalpublic input.
The master plan must be approved by February 2012.
