House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was in Trenton over the weekend hosting a roundtable on prescription drug prices.

The roundtable happened Saturday at Henry J. Austin Health Center in Trenton.

Pelosi was joined by Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman, as well as New Jersey patients and advocates.

Pelosi says despite both parties knowing prescription drug prices are high, Senate leaders have not taken up a bill to address the issues.

"I've seen grown men cry on a campaign trail because they cannot meet the needs of their families as well as pay for prescription drugs,” says Pelosi. “This is urgent. We all have a seat at the table here. People talk about a seat at the table in Washington, the most important seat at the table- it's the seat at the table, kitchen table of America's working families."

The roundtable was followed by a question and answer session with New Jersey residents.
