The Great Kindness Challenge week continues in Middlesex, where students were encouraged to dress for success.
From neckties to fancy hair bows, the students donned their best to celebrate the week.
The students also filled out messages and written high-fives with kind messages to children who are suffering illnesses in hospitals.

"We always discuss it and preach it every day about making good choices and being a good friend,” says Principal Rich Gianchiglia. “Four years ago, through social media, we came across the great kindness challenge. It’s something we embraced four years ago, and every year we go bigger and better, and this year we are celebrating this week with our theme being ‘one act of kindness causes a chain reaction.’”

A kindness pledge will be posted in their hallways to remind students to spread kindness all year round.
