Bronx residents celebrated Dominican pride Sunday on Grand Concourse with the 25th La Gran Parada Dominicana del Bronx.
Thousands of people came out to watch the parade, which began at Grand Concourse and East Burnside Avenue.
Music artists, bands, dancers, politicians and speakers were on hand during the party.
Residents both young and old have been celebrating their heritage all week with special events leading up to the parade.
This is the 25th year that the parade has been held.
