? Students and staff at Lacey Township High School were dismissed at 9:45 a.m. Friday after a student discovered threatening graffiti on a bathroom wall.
Lacey Township Police Chief William Nally says the graffiti mentioned an explosion.
?It was a threat that there would be an explosion at the school [Friday],? says Nally. ?It wasn?t specific to time, location, it wasn?t aimed at any particular student, just generic graffiti type scrawled on the bathroom wall.?
Students say they were initially told to stay in their classrooms, then abruptly dismissed. Some students claim they were never informed of the threat.
Police and bomb-sniffing dogs were at the school for a time, but have since left.
