Gov. Murphy: Residents who get COVID-19 vaccine automatically 'opt in' to state registry

Gov. Phil Murphy signed an executive order Friday which will automatically add residents to the state's registry if they plan to get the COVID-19 vaccine.
Prior to the order, residents had to opt in to the system. Now, they will have to opt out if they don't want to participate.

Anyone can opt out 30 days after the public health emergency expires.
