Former Gov. Chris Christie laid out a plan on steps the U.S. should take before reopening in an op-ed that ran in the Washington Post.
He detailed five actions, including analyzing data county by county and only opening businesses and schools if the data supports it.
Christie also says that large gatherings should also be put on hold until a vaccine is created.
