Fans of Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band lined up outside the Prudential Center in Newark hours before the band took the stage.
This is the final concert of this leg of the E Street Band’s North American Tour. It is the first time The Boss has played in New Jersey in seven years.
Many fans said that they have seen Springsteen dozens of times.
“I’ve been to every tour at least once. This is my second one on this tour and I have one more in August,” said one fan. “I’m taking my grandsons.”
Other fans said that they saw Springsteen play multiple times on consecutive nights because every show was different.
Another fan told News 12 that she has been to more than 100 Springsteen shows since 1984.
The E Street Band will next head to Europe for the next leg of the tour.
More shows will be held in New Jersey this summer.
