Well, it's time to fall back into News 12 and east of Rutherford. Our Lauren do is at the American Dream Mall, and Lauren, it looks like fall at the mall. So what's going on there? We love all the florals and the flowers. It's beautiful. It totally is, you know what I love being at a place where I could go shopping. I just need these stores to open for me here, but we are going to show you all around and we're going to show you around the activities, the fashion, the food, all of it, Greg, with American Dream here. I mean this is a huge facility we just got like all over the place. Where are we right now? Right now we are inside the garden uh fall themes as you can see, pumpkins, apples, uh, sunflowers, our creative and artistic. Do an unbelievable job recreating whatever season it is. So over the winter it'll be a winter wonderland, spring, summer themed around those months. In fact, the Easter Bunny resides over there come April. Uh, so right now we're fall themed and it's a great place to bring the family, take pictures, and relax. Yeah, totally. I mean if you're looking for those photo ops trying to fill up the Instagram with content, this is a great spot to do it. And so how many stores do you have here attractions and restaurants. So as you said, we're an entertainment, retail and dining center located in East Rutherford, New Jersey, over 3 million square feet. 250 retailers, including luxury brands, an entire wing called The Avenue, which is dedicated to luxury. We have 65 eateries, including 12 sit down restaurants, 25 attractions overall, including indoor theme park, water park, ski slope, game room powered by Hasbro, and then we also have over 500 events annually, including. Sporting events, cultural events, and community events. So obviously you keep very busy and you know hearing all that for someone sitting at home, it could be overwhelming, right? So if someone's never been here, what is the American dream? It's a great place for family and friends to gather and there's something for everyone here. That's what I love. It's whether you have a family or a date night. We have great restaurants. You can take a date at carpaccio or go on the Dream wheel if you want to bring your kids out, we have the Paw Patrol Hero Academy, Nickelodeon. Universe there's truly something for everyone. The papas are what I'm very excited about too, by the way. We're gonna check it out later we are OK, but look at this. We found some pennies here, so, uh, it's only fitting that we we tossed it in. Rich, you can make a wish too. Here you go. We're gonna make a wish and so and every coin that's in here gets donated. Yes, so right now it actually goes to the, uh, Chamber of Commerce, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, which is fitting because it's Hispanic Heritage Month. Uh, and at the end of the month we take out all the coins and we donate. Look at that. We just helped out. Amazing. Greg can't wait to hang out with you all morning long. Well, it's time to fall back into News 12 and East rather for our Lauren do is at the American dream. Yeah, Lauren is at the Nickelodeon Park now. Super jealous that's decorated for Halloween. Are you getting slimed? I know I was like, don't slime on me right now. I've actually never been here and this is huge, Greg with the American Dream. I mean, this in itself is an attraction. This place is huge. Yes. So this is the largest indoor theme park in the western hemisphere. Eight acres of fun rides for all ages. We have thrill seeker rides, roller coasters that some of which are record breaking and then rides for the Kies including the Paw Patrol Hero Academy, which we'll check out later. We're going to go play that one later. And so this place is going to transform into Halloween decorations soon. Yes. So starting Friday through October 31st, it will be Bose and every Friday through Sunday, our characters, we have teenage mutant ninja turtles. Paw patrol characters. Sponge Bob. They'll be wearing Halloween costumes celebrating, you know, the month and every Friday through Sunday at 4 p.m. they'll be doing a zombie walk and then a dance party following that, we'll also have arts and craft projects throughout the month. Halloween themed Halloween screenings of Nickelodeon shows. And then on October 27th, people could come out and trick or treat throughout the center between three and five and there will be a party at Nickelodeon Universe during that time slot as well. This seems like a perfect event, especially if there's like a rainy day going on. You're trying to like, you know, entertain the kids. It's so hard. Can anyone come down or how does the admissions work here? Yes. So there is price for the, for tickets to go on the rides. But anyone can come inside the park, but the rides are a separate price and you can find all that information on our website, American dream.com. Amazing. You probably find more information there too on all the events if you want to see, you know, your favorite characters. Absolutely. We'll be updating the boniver activities throughout the month on the website. Amazing. And it starts on Friday. So we're giving everyone a sneak peek this morning. Well, we fall back into New 12 and he rather for our LA due is that the American Dream ma she's on the case. I love it. We know about the next part. The new patrol section. I mean, the kids are gonna love this. They are, I'm loving it and I'm not even a kid. We are on a roll paw patrol on the double here, Greg. Your kids love Paw patrol too. Right? Oh, yeah. This, this place is awesome. We opened it on Friday. This is the Paw Patrol Hero Academy. I played around in here and my five year old son, Braden loves it. It's a great set up. You have chases police station, Sky's helicopter right now. We're in rubbles construction zone. And you also have Marshall's fire station. It's fun for all ages. We even have a toddler area for the little ones who can't climb around up here. But let me tell you, this area is great for adults and for kids. You went, you went on it yourself moments ago. The slides are pretty fun and it's great that everyone in the family can have fun and they're not really skipping a beat. You still have all the characters down there too for all the young kids. Absolutely. The toddler area is great for the little ones and there's character meet and greets throughout the day. Obviously, Chase Marshall Rubble Sky. We have characters here and you can do meet and greets on our stage and interact with them. And so I got to ask, are parents allowed to be on this attraction here because it gets a lot. Right. Yeah. I mean, as long as they're not wearing those shoes, they're allowed on, we want them to enjoy the time with kids and keep the kids safe so parents can climb. Amazing. I like that. We have our socks on, we took our shoes off. We're going to have fun this morning. And how long is this exhibit here? For all? It's permanent. This is so, this is the newest greatest attraction in American Dream. Come out and enjoy it. It's great. We're going to have a little fun this morning guys. I'm going to go down the rubble slide. You're sitting by with an expert and some models showing us how to dress for success. Exactly. We made it to the luxury section at American Dream Luxury here, Greg. Yes, we have an entire wing dedicated to luxury. We're inside the Avenue Home of Gucci Balenciaga and Hermes. There's no other destination like this for a luxury shopper in the state of New Jersey, standing in front of Isola Bella, our champagne bar that's soon to open. And I'm gonna kick it now to Melissa Polo, our fashion stylist. Let's do it, Melissa because I love this look, Brianna. You look gorgeous. Yes, I'm so excited. This is five looks in one. Let's dissect this look. So we're doing, we're covering the cowboy trend in the boots has a little block heel zipper detail. The entire look is a deacon voltaire and then we're covering the leather trend, which trend leather is super trendy during this time of season. So we're doing it in the vest and the distress. This is all a distress. Yes, it's great. I mean, you can deconstruct this any way you want and then we're covering the animal print. So I'm obsessed with this. It's oversized. You can bet it create a nice silhouette and I love just a classic book bucket bag with this look and anyone could do this, right. This is so simple. You don't have to do all five looks in one you can, but I'm like a stylist. So I'm like, let's pull as many trends as we can. So here we go. And this is, this is what we need to do for fall. Right. Exactly. It's, you can wear this anyway. Which way you want, you can do a T shirt under the vest. You can wear the jacket by itself and then you can wear the leather pants with a sweater, oversized sweater or T shirt. And Britta, how does it feel? Is it comfortable to be trendy? So comfortable, so easy to wear and everything looks great inside that store too. I want to like pull on the doors open up. Let's get it. What are some other trends that we need to know for this fall? What are the colors? I see a lot of red, red, burgundy color blocking is good. Plaids are always good right now. I love the western trend. That's one of my favorites. Yeah, those boots are super cute and I love the detail too. Yeah, your look is very cute too. Are you on time in the prep? We look right now. This is definitely a look. The little pleated skirt with a nice little net, like a 10 look. But updated puts, I would actually pair this back with a western booty, but today I wanted to be a little bit more chic, so I put in a little stiletto heels. Ok. So if I take anything away from this, I'm going to wear a vest and I'm gonna go get some western heels. I think that's it. So, yeah, and a little bag too. You had a busy morning highlighting all the attractions and fashion, but now it's time for some good food. Yeah, I think we deserve this. Now, we're hanging out the American Dream. We're at Marcus Live. We have Greg here with American Dream and Chef Ernest. But really, hey, really the Marcus from the Food Network. Yes, the Marcus Samuelson and we have such a great food here for you guys today. And American Dream is the place to be guys. Come on out, come and see us, great attractions, great everything. Uh Today we have our double smashed bacon burgers, our everything wings, our famous uh onion rings and our og brown sugar wings and also a couple cocktails for later. You know, we grab a drink for later. And what's this in the middle then? That's our famous Marcus cornbread. Oh Yum. So what type of cuisine is this? This is casual family friendly food. OK. So if you're hanging out at the Bose, you can always come here and bring the family here and it's all good. All good, all good. And restaurant week is happening too. Right. Yes. So we still have restaurant week going through Friday Price Fix menu. You can find more information on American dream.com and go to a great restaurant like Marcus live. One of our 12 sit down restaurants that we have in American dream. So much fun and there's so much fun activities going on here too. It's fun for the entire family. Come out, play shop and then dine.
