Emaciated dog thrown from car in Paterson has died

An emaciated dog who was thrown from a car and abandoned in Paterson has died. The Shih Tzu-poodle mix, nicknamed Grant, was being cared for at the Oradell Animal Hospital after he was found last weekend.
