A man from East Orange stole a credit card, used it to order food and had the food delivered to his own location.
Police say they were tipped off by a restaurant last month when the victim's credit card was used. The victim is a woman from out-of-state who had recently stayed at a hotel in East Hanover.
Officials say they followed the food delivery to the hotel. They say a 29-year-old employee at the hotel took the victim's card to have $88.91 worth of food delivered to himself at his job.
The man was arrested and charged with credit card theft and credit card fraud. He was released on a complaint summons pending an appearance at Morris County Superior Court.
