A debate is raging between vineyard owners and liquor stores in New Jersey.
Wineries want to be allowed to sell and ship their wine directly to consumers. Right now, it's only legal for them to sell wine at the vineyard or through a liquor store or other distributor.
Liquor stores want to keep the laws the same because they claim retail jobs and profits will be lost. A bill in the state Legislature would allow direct shipping of wines and also would allow New Jersey residents to purchase wines directly from out-of-state wineries.
