Officials say that they do not know if it’s the same whale that was found floating near the Ambrose Channel shipping lane earlier this week.

Police say that the whale was seen about half-mile off the L Street beach.
Officials say that they do not know if it’s the same whale that was found floating near the Ambrose Channel shipping lane earlier this week.
At least 11 whales have been found dead off the New York and New Jersey coast since December.
