Thunderbolt 12: Code Blue in effect for part of New Jersey Thursday as temps plummet

Very cold weather has made its way to New Jersey this morning. It’s the first real cold of the season, and the coldest since April 10. Code Blue has been issued around the state. This provides emergency shelters during periods of severe weather conditions.
