A 70-year-old man was medically evacuated from a cruise ship Saturday night off the coast of Little Egg Inlet.

A 70-year-old man was medically evacuated from a cruise ship Saturday night off the coast of Little Egg Inlet.
The Coast Guard hoisted the man up from Anthem of the Seas, along with his son, about 17 miles offshore.
The man had abdominal issues and needed higher level care, according to the captain. He was transported to a hospital in Atlantic City.
His condition is unknown.
