New Jersey gyms have been closed for three months because of the COVID-19 pandemic, leading to many gyms offer outdoor workouts.
Among them is the CKO kickboxing. The owners of the gyms in Clark, Edison and Woodbridge say that they couldn’t let their members down after being forced to closed.
“Most members have a deep connection to one another and the trainers,” says Charles Osinowo, co-owner of the CKO Woodbridge location.
The gym set up equipment in the parking lot for members.
“We taped off at least six feet apart,” Osinowo says.
They offer shadow-boxing, cardio and strength exercises.
Members can stay safe with social distancing and increased sanitization.
More information about what is being offered can be found on the CKO website.
