Worshipers at Union Baptist Church in Trenton wore hoodies today instead of their Sunday best to protest the killing of Trayvon Martin and the subsequent investigation in Florida last month.
Martin, 17, was killed while walking in Sanford, Fla. by neighborhood watchman George Zimmerman.
Martin, who was wearing a hoodie, was unarmed but Zimmerman has claimed the killing was in self-defense.
Churchgoers say they are also protesting the investigation, citing the fact that Zimmerman was never arrested.
A grand jury is expected to hear the facts of the case next month.
