Chris Christie told reporters Thursday he has a plan restore New Jersey's economy.
The press conference was the second in a series of five to unveil Christie's gubernatorial campaign plan.
Christie said the key to turning New Jersey around is getting jobs and keeping them in the state. The Republican candidate blames Gov. Jon Corzine for driving business out of New Jersey.
"Our job is to foster job creation in the private sector," he said. "We've been an incubator for raising taxes."
If elected, Christie also vowed to cut state income tax.
"I will cut taxes in four years," he said. "You know we will do it responsibly."
