Brush fire causes traffic delays on Turnpike
Traffic was slowed down on the New Jersey Turnpike this morning after a brush fire forced authorities to shut down a lane.
The fire was reported at around 10:15 a.m. on the northbound side just south of Interchange 16W.
NJ Transit says its train service on the Bergen County Line between Secaucus and Rutherford stations was temporarily suspended due to the fire department activity.
