A 10-year-old boy in Kansas City fell off the ladder of his tree house, right onto a metal meat skewer, and survived.
The foot-long metal rod went right through Xavier Miller's head.
Amazingly, the skewer missed his brain.
Xavier is expected to make a full recovery.
