Police have confirmed that an unidentified body was found in Lake Shenandoah early Sunday morning.
Police and others had been searching since Friday for a swimmer who reportedly went under the water and never surfaced.
State police and divers used sonar equipment to aid in the search.
Police say swimming is not permitted in the 48-acre lake, which is part of Lake Shenandoah County Park.
