The American Dream Meadowlands complex will be built with non-reflective glass thanks to a bill recently introduced in Trenton.
The reason for the bill is to prevent collisions by birds who live and migrate through the area.
"The bird lovers love it," said Democratic Assemblyman Tim Eustace of Maywood. "The environmentalists love it. Most construction people agree it's reasonable because the structure isn't all reflective glass, just some of it."
Eustace says the bill exempts single-family homes and any residential building of three stories or less.
