A Bellport man was convicted Wednesday in a fatal drunk driving crash on the William Floyd Parkway in 2020.
Jordan Randolph was driving drunk with a blood alcohol level over double the legal limit.
He was speeding away from police at over 125 mph when he slammed into another car and killed 27-year-old Jonathan Flores-Maldonado.
Randolph previously had 12 prior convictions, three of them for driving while under the influence.
He had been arrested just days before the 2020 collision for allegedly not having a court-ordered ignition interlock device in his car but was released without bail.
Randolph now faces 15 years in prison.
