The Azalea Fest has returned to the Sayen Botanical Gardens in Hamilton Township after a 4-year hiatus.
News 12’s Ali Reid was there for the food, flowers and fun on Mother’s Day.
Families were able to tour the grounds and take in the scenery with fountains, bridges, gazebos and over 250,000 flowering bulbs.
Musical groups performed throughout the day. Vendors and food trucks were also open for business.
“It's a great day to bring your family out…to look at the beautiful gardens and do a little shopping to support us local crafters,” said Judy Dill, of First Impression Designs.
“It’s just a precious time to be able to take a moment and just embrace the day,” said festivalgoer Angie Mcmanimon.
