The aunt of Tierra Morgan-Glover, the slain toddler found in a Monmouth County stream last week, says that the girl's father has been arrested in San Diego, Calif.
Arthur Morgan III is accused of killing his 2-year-old daughter and disposing of the body in Shark River Park.
He had been on a court-appointed visit with the child before she disappeared, according to officials.
Tierra's body was discovered partially submerged in a stream last Tuesday.
