Gov. Phil Murphy addressed some recent social media talk regarding a possible state shutdown Monday at his coronavirus briefing, saying it's all false.

“Those rumors, whether told to you by a friend or posted on social media, are just that – rumors.” says Gov. Murphy.

The governor went on to say, “Just because we say that all options are on the table, and by the way, you would want us to say that given that we're dealing with a pandemic and enormous loss of life, doesn't mean we're about to exercise those options.”
