Just because you have to stay at home doesn’t mean you can’t get a great workout.
New York park fees have been waived, so maybe it’s time to go outside and take a nice walk, run or ride.
If you have to stay inside, consider jump roping for a good workout.
Those who don’t have dumbbells can substitute gallon water bottles to use as weights.  If those are too heavy, you can use soda cans or beer bottles.
Use a heavy book as a substitute for a medicine ball. Or put it on your chest when doing crunches,
Stairs are always a great cardio workout.
Use a sturdy chair to do pushups.
