An Amber Alert has been issued for a 2-year-old child who was allegedly taken by his father, both last seen in Rahway.

New Jersey State Police say Sebastian Rios and his mother Yasemin Uyaf were both abducted, and the suspect is 27-year-old Tyler Rios.

Sebastian Rios is Black with brown hair, about 3 feet 5 inches tall, and weighing 47 pounds.

Tyler Rios is Black with brown hair, about 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 220 pounds.

They were seen in a four-door silver Ford Fiesta, with the license plate W421713.
