Police in Hackensack are investigating an altercation that led to a fatal fall from a third-story window.
According to police, two men spent Thursday drinking before they argued and fell from the window on Anderson Avenue. Eighteen-year-old Albert Torres-Campo died in the 25-foot fall. Horaclio Ortiz-Martinez, 21, is expected to undergo surgery for back and head injuries at Hackensack University Medical Center.
Authorities say the argument apparently started when Ortiz-Martinez was asked to leave the apartment. Police say he is expected to survive.
