Police have arrested an alleged Peeping Tom they say was spying on a girl using a restroom in Long Branch.

The incident allegedly occurred in a women's restroom on the boardwalk near Morris Avenue. Antonio Garcia, 25, is accused of peering over a stall with his pants down Sunday while watching a 13-year-old.

Garcia is charged with lewdness, endangering the welfare of a child and invasion of privacy. He is being held on bail at the Monmouth County Jail. An Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer has also been issued for him.
