The initiative – now in its ninth year -- is part of Stop & Shop’s “Operation Sleigbells.” Staffers go through Children and Family Services to adopt residents they can help.

300 Stop & Shop employees helped donate toys and clothing to families in Monmouth County on Wednesday.
The initiative – now in its ninth year -- is part of Stop & Shop’s “Operation Sleigbells.” Staffers go through Children and Family Services to adopt residents they can help.
The employees collected and donated warm coats, hats, gloves, toys and baby items to more than 300 local families and children.
