1. Drive with your pants on.
In Houston, police got into a low speed chase with a guy. He eventually got out of the truck, surprise, wearing only his undies. Maybe that's why he didn't want to stop. He was too embarrassed.

2.  It's July and hot everywhere, except for one little corner of Wisconsin.
In a shady spot behind a parking garage, there's still some snow on the ground. Temperatures are in the 80s, but this spot doesn't get direct sun. The snow is stubborn and it's hanging around. 

3. TV interviews can be tricky, especially if there's a cat nearby.
In Poland, this official is being interviewed, but that cat is about to steal the show. He climbs on top of the guy and then perches right on top of his head. This guy is a historian and a political commentator.  Apparently very seasoned because he keeps going on like there's no problem.
