Major flooding in Park Slope has created hazardous conditions on the roads for drivers and pedestrians.

The floods are also seen inching up above the tires of parked vehicles along the road.
The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for The Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens until 9:15 a.m., and urges residents to move to higher ground, and to not drive or walk where water is covering the roadway.
Up to 2 inches of rain is expected to cause flooding on streets and highways across the city.
