A 7-month-old baby killed in Bushwick was laid to rest at a funeral home in Bed-Stuy.

Police say Kaori Patterson-Moore was killed by a stray bullet in broad daylight just over a week ago. Investigators believe it was a gang-related incident, but Kaori was not the target. She was in a stroller when she was hit.

Investigators say two people were riding a moped through the area — going the wrong way — when the person in the back pulled out a gun and fired multiple times.

They say 21-year-old Amuri Green is being charged with three counts of murder, attempted murder, five counts of criminal possession of a weapon, two counts of attempted criminal possession of a weapon and two counts of assault. He will be arraigned on Tuesday.

The Rev. Al Sharpton attended the services.

“If you can look at a coffin, that doesn't even need pallbearers and that doesn't suck you in your heart and in your life then something is numb about you," said Sharpton.

Police say the second suspect was apprehended in Pennsylvania. Police have identified him as 18-year-old Matthew Rodriguez. They say he is in police custody. Rodriguez will be extradited at some point in the future.
