A federal operation near a school bus stop in Lindenwold caused panic Thursday morning, and officials have now explained why.

The Department of Homeland Security says ICE agents were there trying to arrest Hugo Ariel Coello.

Officials say Coello has a criminal history that includes aggravated assault and is in the U.S. illegally from Honduras. They say he refused to stop his vehicle. He then got stuck in school bus traffic and ran into the Woodland Village complex. He is still at-large.

Some of the moments were caught on camera. Authorities say they will release more information later.
