Elizabeth roadway reopens following New Jersey Turnpike crash that sent debris falling onto ground
Elizabeth officials said no one was injured by the falling debris.

Elizabeth Avenue and Fourth Street reopened Tuesday morning following a violent crash on the New Jersey Turnpike Monday night that sent a concrete wall crashing to the ground.
Photos of the aftermath were posted by Mayor Chris Bollwage on Facebook that showed two large concrete slabs that fell from the Turnpike overpass on Elizabeth Avenue.
Bollwage said there were no injuries on Elizabeth Avenue. Elizabeth officials also confirmed that no one was injured by the falling debris.
