Breeze Airways is expanding to Trenton-Mercer Airport with four new routes, including nonstop service to South Carolina and Florida, county officials announced Thursday.
The airline will offer nonstop flights to Charleston, South Carolina, on Thursdays and Sundays starting Sept. 20, with introductory one-way fares starting at $59. Breeze will also launch one-stop, no-change-of-plane BreezeThru service to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on Thursdays and Sundays beginning Sept. 20.
Additional nonstop service includes flights to Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesdays and Saturdays starting Sept. 30 before switching to Thursdays and Sundays beginning Jan. 7, and flights to Fort Myers, Florida, on Mondays and Fridays beginning Jan. 8. Introductory one-way fares to Vero Beach and Fort Myers start at $89.

"TTN offers the easiest air-travel experience in our region and we're proud to keep expanding travelers' options with affordable flights to even more locations, including the return of a non-stop destination outside of Florida."
Breeze Airways founder and CEO David Neeleman said the airline is "excited to be expanding our footprint in the state of New Jersey with the addition of Trenton to our network."
Breeze Airways operates more than 300 year-round and seasonal routes to 91 cities across the United States, Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.
