Public access restrictions will be lifted at the Monmouth County Hall of Records in Freehold and at other locations throughout the state.

Residents looking to go inside state and local office buildings should make an appointment, practice social distancing and wear face coverings while inside.
Youth camps, in-person education and graduation ceremonies of up to 500 people will be allowed starting on Monday.
The Allaire County Day Summer Camp in Wall is one place that will resume operation for children.
The campus is at least 80,000 square-feet, which includes room for social distancing while playing sports, swimming or taking part in arts and crafts.
Less children than usual are signed up at the summer camp, while leaders of the camp say there are a variety of protocols put in place to keep everyone safe and minimize exposure to the coronavirus.
Counselors at the camp are required to wear masks, but children are not required to as long as they maintain 6 feet of social distance.
The camp has also brought industrial-sized fans to help with air circulation inside their buildings and hired a professional cleaning team to come in daily to sanitize. Camp staff are expected to disinfect all surfaces that are touched.
Gov. Phil Murphy says schools should consider screening visitors upon arrival with non-contact thermometers. He says any person with a temperature exceeding 104 degrees, has symptoms of the virus or has been in close contact with someone who has been diagnosed with the virus over the last 14 days should not be allowed at the event.
The modified in-person commencement ceremonies must take place outdoors. Indoor ceremonies are still not being permitted.
