A young girl from Louisiana is traveling around the country and hugging police officers in an attempt to bring together the nation.
Rosalyn Baldwin, of Baton Rouge, says that God told her to travel around the country and show her appreciation to those who've committed their lives to serving and protecting others.
Rosalyn made a stop in Jersey City Friday to spread her positive message.
“I tried to talk her into doing some postcards, things like that,” says her mother, Angie Baldwin. “But she said, ‘no, it’s bigger than that’…She said, ‘more has to be done, mama. Please help me go around the nation because God’s telling me to do this.’”
