A driver from Woodland Park plowed through a wall at a Fairfield office building Tuesday afternoon, officials say.
Fairfield police say the driver, Philip Boyko, 48, was visibly drunk but not injured. His vehicle was found halfway into the building. Police say the impact from the crash was so severe that it triggered the fire alarm to the building. The building was deemed safe after the car was removed from the building. Police say no one inside the building was hurt.

Police say they received a call around 4 p.m. of a vehicle exiting off of Route 80 onto Lane Road and striking a street sign. Prior to officers arriving on scene, police were updated that the vehicle had crashed into the building located on Lane Road.
Police say officers smelled the odor of an alcoholic beverage and that Boyko's eyes were bloodshot and watery. Police say they also observed Boyko was unable to maintain his balance after exiting the car. A field sobriety testing was conducted, and Boyko was arrested. His vehicle was impounded. Police say Boyko's blood alcohol concentration was more than double the legal limit.
