News 12's Elizabeth Hashagen was joined by two doctors who demonstrated tremendous initiative and leadership in the battle against COVID-19.

Dr. Linda Kurian and Dr. Karen Friedman discussed how they are continuing to help battle COVID-19.

Dr. Kurian is the chief for the Division of Hospital Medicine at Northwell Health. Dr. Friedman is the vice chair for Education & Residency Program Director at Northwell Health.
