Winds will be abrasive at 30-35 mph at times throughout the midday. Highs reach near 50.
Cold temperatures settle in tonight with lows back to near freezing.
Tomorrow will be fair with brisk conditions, winds near 20-25 mph. Temperatures will also be in the mid-40s.
Rain arrives in central and southern areas of the state, especially Ocean County on Tuesday night. It rains overnight into Wednesday early morning ending before sunrise.
Northern New Jersey skirts through without rain but maybe a few overnight showers/flurries are possible.
