INGREDIENTS:
Yield: 16 oz (1 Fruit-Topped Brie)
Ingredients:
· 0.02 lb. Belgioioso Mascarpone
· 8 oz President Brie Wheel (or Brie of your choice)
· 6 fresh strawberries, sliced in half (0.04 lb.)
· 12 fresh blueberries (0.025 oz)
· 0.02 oz fresh fruit honey glaze
Assembly Instructions:
1. Prepare the Brie: Unwrap the 8 oz President Brie Wheel and place it on a serving plate or board.
2. Spread Mascarpone: Evenly spread mascarpone over the top of the brie, creating a smooth circular layer.
3. Arrange Strawberries: Place the halved strawberries around the outer rim of the brie, forming a border. Use the remaining strawberry halves to fill the center, arranging them in a rose-like pattern for a visually appealing presentation.
4. Add Blueberries: Scatter the blueberries over the strawberries to create contrast and enhance the presentation.
